Shipping and Return Policy

ArmorBikes wants your electric bike experience to be as easy as possible and free of problems so you can get out and conquer the wilderness as quickly and easily as possible.  Our goal is to expand the outdoors and make it easier to explore, discover and have fun. Please review our policies below for shipping, test rides and returns.

 

Shipping

  • Free shipping on all bikes and orders over $1000 USD
  • Weight based shipping cost for non bike orders calculated at checkout.  
  • All Products are shipped within 2 business days via ground or freight shipping methods.
  • Expect 5-7 days to receive your ArmorBikes electric bike unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
  • You should receive a tracking number when orders ship via email.  If you have any questions or problems please reach out to info@armorbikes.com
  • Please inspect all shipments before signing or accepting the shipment. See ArmorBikes Warranty information for how to report any Shipping Damage Claims that may arise.  

Returns

Electric Bikes are a big investment and while we are confident that after the first ride on your new e-bike you will fall in love and have no reason to ever return your bike, we are also real and realize things may come up.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery using the two options below. Parts and Accessories are subject to our normal 30 day return policy.

“One Ride That’s All” Guarantee Terms

If you purchased the “One Ride That’s All” guarantee at the time of purchase and wish to return the bike within the 30 day test ride window simply email us at info@armorbikes.com for a return authorization.  We will instruct you on how to ship the e-bike back to us and provide a shipping label for you to use.  

  • You will be refunded the full order price minus the $175 “One Ride That’s All” fee and any other fees defined here.
  • Bikes must have less than 20 miles on the odometer when returned or a $10/mile fee will be withheld from the full refund.
  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days of returning the e-bike to ArmorBikes to allow time for an inspection.
  • Electric Bikes cannot have been modified or damaged in any way or you may be subject to fees up to the entire cost of the bike depending on the extent of the damage.  If there is any damage to the bike or products we will contact you prior to issuing a refund.  

 

30 Day Return Policy

If you did not purchase the “One Ride That’s All” guarantee or are wanting to return a part or accessory purchased from armorbikes.com please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery at info@armorbikes.com.  Please provide the order number and let us know that you wish to return your purchase.  Do NOT ship any product back to us without first hearing back from our customer support.   We will provide a return authorization number for you to use when shipping the product back to us.

  • You are responsible to pay for return shipping, including any insurance (highly recommended for bikes)  
  • Electric Bikes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  
  • Bikes must have less than 20 miles on the odometer when returned or an additional  $10/mile fee will be withheld on top of the 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees for parts and accessories are non-refundable.
  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days of returning the e-bike to ArmorBikes to allow time for an inspection.
  • Electric Bikes cannot have been modified or damaged in any way or you may be subject to fees up to the entire cost of the bike depending on the extent of the damage.  If there is any damage to the bike or products we will contact you prior to issuing a refund.
